Week 14 - May 28 - June 1, 2007

My co-workers listen to me whenever I talk to them. I fee ver well respected with everyone at St. Andrew Elementary School. Whenever I talk everyone always listens and they never interrupt while I am speaking, just as I would never interrupt them while they were speaking. I also feel that all the students listen to me much better than before. When I ask them to do something or to move to a different seat, they always listen and do as they ae told, this helps make the classes run a lot smoother and faster. I am finding myself to be much more assertive than before. When I first arrive at school I always have something to do. If I do not have anything to do Mme. Mercer will always find something for me to do. She will ask everyone in the building if there is anything they need help, and sure enough there is always someone who needs help, with photocopying or even typing something up. I like being busy, its better than just sitting around. I find at this placement people are always asking opinions of everyone. A lot of people in this school building are perfectionist and everything has to be perfect(Mme. Mercer) which is great when you are a teacher, but on the other hand there are messy teacher and they are so disorganized (Mr. Hundt, Mr. Tallevi). Overall this week was like any other, very enjoyable, fun and excited. I cannot believe there are only two weeks of CO-OP left.
