The first thing Mr. Tallevi got me to do was to sort and clean the gym storage room. Afterwards I watch the grade eight classes play European handball. I spent a lot if not most of the afternoon, it was a mess!! In the last grade eight class of the day there was one student who refused to participate. Mr. Tallevi told the student to go get there math homework, then Mr. Tallevi asked me to help her. While helping her we discussed why she was not completing homework, why she did not want to participate in gym and she asked some questions about what grade nine is like. It felt good to be able to help a student one on one.
