Week 8 - April 16 - 20, 2007
AT my CO-OP placement there is not much criticism. I receive a lot of constructive criticism, which in the long run will end up helping me. Helping Mme. Mercer this last week has helped me a lot. I have learned hot to some tasks much faster and in better quality. Mme. Mercer told me that I am the president of the "A.V. Club" because I know how to do a lot of different tasks using the computer. My supervisors expect me to now know how to most of the things they ask. They expect to do stuff with no questions asked. Whenever Mme. Mercer asks me to do something on the computer she expects me to know how, which most of time, if not all the time, I do know how to complete the job. When something is difficult or unusual or there is something that I do not know or understand I always asks. I think it is better to ask a question and get the job done right than it is to not know and do something wrong. I always like to ask questions so I can make sure I am doing everything correctly. I had a positive experience this week when Mme. Mercer was also complimenting me on all sorts of different things. She was always compliments me on my computer skills and she sad that Lindsay and I were the best laminating people in the school. Also she has a job for me to do. I really enjoy knowing that when I arrive there will always be something for me to do. This last wee was very different, but much more interesting than any other week.
